The Roadcall™ solution facilitates fast, accurate, and cost-effective decision-making from breakdown response teams. Workers are guided through step-by-step response procedures which reduce errors and minimize training time. The event uses the prompt responses to retrieve and update information from any source (third-party database, internal systems, user input) and at a single access point. It then displays and communicates to the user the information that is crucial to assessing a situation and executing the best response. Best of all, you can easily customize the procedure to match your company’s exact process, ensuring all corporate and regulatory compliance processes are adhered to.

Interactive and Immediate

Integrated with leading transportation solutions, any and all vendor solutions, internal applications, and external services can be streamlined into a single event process. For example, a driver triggers a breakdown message from their satellite; this creates a new event that sends a notification to the breakdown response team. Using the information provided in the messages, the system determines the location and type of service required, and automatically determines the best vendor based on defined preferences. The vendor is automatically issued the desired method of payment. All the operational systems and departments (Maintenance, Safety, Dispatch, Accounting, etc.) are updated interactively, in real-time. Your managers stay informed and are ready to react when notified of any exceptions or any escalations as soon as they occur.

Alerts & Notifications

Acceptable time intervals and milestones can be defined for each event type and event priority. The system will automatically notify the responsible departments or resources of any event that has surpassed its allowable time intervals and any new event that is now your responsibility.

Content Manager

Vendor invoices, external email communications, claim forms, and vehicle damage photos can be part of any Roadcall event. You simply drag and drop file attachments into the event; Content Manager will automatically file the attachments with the respective event. The attachments are then easily accessed and viewed by opening up the event.
